How We Guide You through Relaxation
1. Progressive Body Relaxation

You are guided to sit or lie down comfortably while we help you gradually relax different parts of the body. Starting from the head and moving down through the face, neck, shoulders, arms, chest, abdomen, legs, and feet, you learn to consciously release muscle tension and physical stress.

This process improves body awareness, reduces tightness, and promotes deep physical relaxation.

2. A-U-M Breathing Technique

We guide you through slow, deep breathing combined with the chanting of “A… U… M…” during exhalation. The sound vibrations produced during chanting create a calming effect on the mind and nervous system, helping reduce restlessness, emotional stress, and mental fatigue.

3. OM Breathing and Sound Relaxation

In this practice, you inhale deeply and gently exhale with the sound “OM.” Focusing on the sound and vibration helps stabilise thoughts, improve concentration, and create a sense of inner peace and emotional balance.
